ONE WORKDAY. CONNECTED HANDOFFS. · IN DEVELOPMENT

The whole day.
Not just the dispatch.

An assignment starts the work. Inspections, tickets, maintenance and the final record carry it forward. Explore how the six apps are intended to fit together.

FOLLOW THE INTENDED WORKFLOW

From the first assignment
to the last handoff.

A connected story—not six unrelated apps. These are the behaviors being developed and verified.

01

ADMINISTRATOR + DISPATCH

Set up. Plan. Assign.

Configure the company’s people, fleet and supported forms. Save a work plan and create distinct Truck/Driver assignments, including multiple assignments from the same plan.

02

DISPATCH + TRUCK + DRIVER

Know what reached whom.

Sending an assignment, the Truck receiving it and the Driver accepting it are different events. The design keeps those steps separate and understandable.

03

TRUCK + DRIVER + MECHANIC

Keep the day with the truck.

Bring inspections, loads, tickets, defects and paperwork into the Truck day. Keep Driver identity separate, and connect maintenance work to the right physical truck.

04

OFFICE

Give the next handoff context.

Carry the work record into Office review, corrections and closeout. Office retains all Dispatch abilities, plus its own work. Saving a record is not the same as confirmed Office receipt.

Your company’s workflow.Supported forms and settings—not a separate software fork for every company.

The truck stays the truck.Drivers can change. Physical-truck identity and personal identity stay distinct.

Real-world interruptions matter.Offline work, restart recovery and clear delivery states are requirements under verification.

SIX ROLES. ONE CONNECTED WORKDAY.

A place for each person.
A purpose for each app.

Choose a role to explore its intended part of the system.

01Administrator

IPAD OR WORKSTATION · INTENDED ROLE

Set up the company around its work.

Manage company setup, people, fleet and supported workflow settings. Master administration is separate from each company’s own administrators, who remain within their own company.

  • People and fleet as separate records
  • Company-scoped access and configuration
  • Supported forms and reusable setup templates

Role description only—not a demonstration of the working app.

02Dispatch

PC OR PHONE · INTENDED ROLE

A clear plan for the next move.

Create work plans, assign Trucks and Drivers, manage revisions and follow delivery states. Full Dispatch work is intended to fit a phone as well as a workstation.

  • Work plans and distinct assignments
  • Revisions and delivery tracking
  • Separate Truck receipt and Driver acceptance

Role description only—not a demonstration of the working app.

03Truck

PHYSICAL TRUCK’S ANDROID TABLET · INTENDED ROLE

The workday belongs with the truck.

Keep inspections, loads, tickets, defects and paperwork tied to the physical truck. The complete Truck-tablet day is intended to work independently of a Driver’s personal phone.

  • Persistent physical-truck identity
  • Truck-day records and supported forms
  • Offline and restart behavior under verification

Role description only—not a demonstration of the working app.

04Driver

IPHONE OR ANDROID PHONE · INTENDED ROLE

The person stays distinct from the vehicle.

Give a Driver a separate personal view of assignments and responses, with optional phone assistance. Driver identity is not the identity of the Truck tablet.

  • Personal assignment view
  • Explicit assignment acceptance
  • Optional phone assistance—not a Truck-day prerequisite

Role description only—not a demonstration of the working app.

05Mechanic

IPHONE OR ANDROID PHONE · INTENDED ROLE

Keep the repair connected to the record.

Connect defects and service work to the right physical truck and its equipment history, so maintenance information remains part of the work story.

  • Truck-linked defect and service work
  • Equipment history and attributed repair records
  • Maintenance handoffs to the other roles

Role description only—not a demonstration of the working app.

06Office

PC · INTENDED ROLE

Carry the work through to closeout.

Keep all Dispatch abilities, plus paperwork, review, corrections and closeout. Preserve the distinction between a saved Truck-day packet and confirmed Office receipt.

  • Every Dispatch capability
  • Paperwork receipt and review
  • Attributed corrections and closeout

Role description only—not a demonstration of the working app.
